Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP)

1. Quarterly visits to your home for pool and spa operation and evaluation. The evaluation will cover:

• Check energy and water consumption
• Inventory equipment, and label as needed
• Check pool and/or spa finish, and tile condition
• Chemistry evaluation and recommendations
• Issue written: quarterly reports for you and your service company  

• Clean all filter elements and baskets in the system
• De-grease D.E. filters annually

3. Agua Vida will level check pool and/or spa in the event a low water condition exists, or if there is evidence of damage due to loss of prime, due to low water. Upon completion of level check, a recommendation for repair will be made based on results of the level check.

4. Agua Vida will fire the pool and/or spa heating system upon each visit, to check for proper operation. In the event the operation is unsatisfactory, recommendations will be made for appropriate repair.

5. Agua Vida Design Services, Inc., will check operation of all control systems and associated sensors for proper operation (i.e., Jandy, Campool, Pentair Intelli Touch Systems). Agua Vida will reset time of day and date if needed. In the event the operation is unsatisfactory, a recommendation will be made for appropriate repair.

6. Agua Vida will check all salt-based sanitizing systems for proper operation and salt content of water.  In the event the operation is unsatisfactory, a recommendation will be made for appropriate repair.

7. Agua Vida will label all suction and return manifolds, as needed, for proper identification of the hydraulic system lines.

NOTE: Items not included: Motors; Seal plate kits; Filter elements, and replacement grids (D.E. filters); Internal heater components; Control system computer boards, sensors and actuators; Salt system cells, cords and sensors; Underground and vessel leak detection.
